Accessing web addresses included in emails

I used to be able to access web links that were sent to me in emails however now, for some unknown reason, when I click on the link that is sent to me in an email I recieve a warning that states 'there are restrictions on my computer, please contact the administrator'. I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks.
