Subject: Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 issue.
When I click on Send/Receive to get my emails I get a Microsoft Office Outlook message that says, "You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation" I searched through the Microsoft website and found a hotfix which didn't work. When I first loaded and opened Outlook I got a long message that said I didn't have permission to access file extend.dat
This all started when I bought a 2nd computer with Windows 7 and attempted to backup.pst from my XP computer to the Windows 7. Now Outlook doesn't work on either computer. I have all of my contacts
and calendar date but the email inbox will not update. I have to go to the Internet to access my email and send this message. I tried repeatedly to find out how to send a message from the Microsoft website but it kept wanting my Product ID which it did not recognize.
Do you have any suggestions? Can you send this request to anone who might know how to fix this? They can call me at [removed]. Can you direct me as how to contact them if they can't contact me? I am really desperate to get this problem resolved.
