We're upgrading from Outlook 2003 to 2010 and we have a single Exchange 2003 server on our domain.
With Outlook 2003 I had created and applied a custom CMW file so that when users launched Outlook 2003 for the first time the setup of their Exchange account was completely automated - no input required whatsoever. Not a single mouse click.
Now with Outlook 2010 a new user has to go through a process of quite a few clicks and having to agree to what looks like an ActiveX control in order to setup their account. Don't get me wrong Outlook 2010 does setup the new account - based on the user's windows-username and it automatically finds our Exchange server but.......
Is there a way to make the setup of a users Exchange account completely automatic?
