Autodiscover issues on Exchange 2010

Have an interesting issue. We host an Exchange 2010 environment with 2 servers (CAS\HUB\Mailbox installed on both servers). Only 1 server EXCH is configured for Outlook Anywhere. OWA is working great, and mail can flow both inside and outside the organization. However, Autodiscover seems to be having some issues. Some organizations (we've got several on the servers) connect just fine. Others though fail with the error that an encrypted connection cannot be found. We use an Autodiscover redirect since we host several different domain names for different organizations.

Both servers have Server 2008 R2 with the latest patches. We are not running Exchange 2010 SP1, because the control panel we use doesn't currently support it. However, Exchange 2010 is updated with all the patches (except for SP1). We use a DAG that seems to be working just fine.

This is just the strangest thing is that this only seems to be happening with some accounts. These accounts don't seem to be any different though. When I configure Outlook manually, they work just fine.

I want to add one note. On some of the the accounts, I am now getting: " The name cannot be resolved. The name cannot be matched to a name in the address list. as the error."

It also appears that this issue is larger, for whatever reason, than it was earlier. I haven't changed a thing, but we now cannot get anyone to connect through Autodiscover. Manual setup still works just fine.

Have you installed RPC feature?

Enabled Outlook Anywhere?

Are you using a SAN/UC cert?

RPC is installed, Outlook anywhere is enabled, and we have a 10 domain UCC cert.

We are not using HMC. I've been through both of those documents.
