We currently have edge server and exchange server in place (using Edge Subscription).

Our Domain is - @abc.org.au

Currently our emails are hosted via email hosting company, so some users are on exchange but some are still on the hosting services.

The problem I am facing is that if the users sam@abc.org.au is not on exchange and I being on exchange tries to send email, the email just bounces back. So their should be some sort of setting on exchange which should force it to send the email on the internet if it cant find the recipient on the exchange server.

Please HELP!

We have two internet connections...

I have reached to a point where mail is coming in from internet through edge server which then passes on to Exchange server but the mail which is generared by a exchange users doesn't go through edge server it goes through the other internet connection straight to internet.

So coming in part is OK but going out is not quite working the way it should be.

Please HELP!!!!
