Hope someone can help with this...
I've trying to share a folder that I dump emails into in Outlook 2010 (it's called 'hardware reports'). The folder properties have been set so that a number of users have read access to it. I've figured out how to open another user's folder, but it only gives me options for the default Outlook Folders (Inbox, Notes, Calendar, Tasks, etc). My Outlook shows the folder as being shared (it has the windows shared folder hand icon overlaid on it), however I just cant figure out how the people who have access to it can connect and view it.
Is there a way?
