Recently upgraded our exchange server to from 2003 to 2010. The migration seem to go smoothly. We do have about a handful of users who keep getting the pop up message asking for their password in outlook. On the user's outlook client at the bottom it will display the message disconnected to MS Exchange or will display need password. All these users having the popup message are able to send/receive - they just keep getting the password popup. Outlook is pointed to the correct server just can't figure out how to get rid of the pop message. The user will select remember my password and that does not seem to help. Majority of the users are using outlook 2007 and a couple are using 2010.
