I am using Outlook for Mac version 2011. When connecting on my home network , Outlook works fine. When connecting using my Verizon hotspot, it not send any e-mails. I keep getting the same error message that authentication is required. I have tried all of the suggested changes and spent almost 8 hours on the phone with Microsoft support without resolving the issue. It is an insight road rummer account. I can log into the webmail and send and receive e-mails without any problems. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have tried Microsoft, Insight, and Verizon Customer support and have yet to resolve the issue. Please help!
