To do bar help

I'm trying arrange my to do task bar by priority and then subject
Although I can get it to sort correctly, I get two lines of subject
Anyone have any idea of how to get rid of the repeated subject line?

How can I add the 'headers' of high, normal and low as is seen when I arrange by importance?

Final question
I use Notes a lot but am limited by the lack of word processor functionality
Is there some type of plug in that would give Notes the functionality that for example Tasks have?

The yellow notes? No, you cant use a different editor - they are severely limited in what is supported.
